We have used Toler for service on one of our vehicles for 5 years. So, when we needed to replace a vehicle, we started at Toler and found a nice vehicle that was in our price range, and we had a personable and thorough sales staff member in K-C. The purchase paperwork was quickly and efficiently done, and all our questions were answered with a smile, and we were told if any more questions just call or stop by to ask! This is why we give a 5-star rating to this business and employees.

Bought a 2018 Ram 1500 From another used dealer in my area. Shortly after the purchase the engine starter knocking, took it to the service department at Mike Toler Dodge to be evaluated. Turns out it needed to be replaced. They worked very closely with the warranty company that I bought from the other dealers.
Jason lily the service director and Larry my service advisor were great and they did everything possible to help make this repair go smoothly. In the end. There is no reason to look anywhere else to go to have your service done for any Chrysler Dodge Ram truck or jeep product that needs maintenance. Than Mike Toler Dodge Ram and Jason and Larry are the Best.to deal with.

Mr. Toler, KC, Raven and Sherri have been nothing but amazing. The trade in and lease purchase of a new Jeep Gladiator went smooth as Silk. Even after the deal was done the follow up and getting my promised to me add-ons only took a day. Even now three days later I stopped in and was treated like family. We planned to do these purchases over the next two years. However, they had exactly what I was looking for, both times, and we were sold. From the moment I first stepped through the showroom floor and was greeted by Kevin Castleton to the moment my wife drove away in our new Jeep, all of the folks were helpful, courteous and professional. I was not pressured in the least to make a deal. Kevin aka "KC" answered (is still answering) our questions, he's a friendly knowledgeable guy who knows his stuff. Mike Toler has a business culture that many others should strive to achieve. I'd give more stars if I could.

Had a great experience with the service department today! Larry in particular. They were extremely helpful, gave me a ride to work after I dropped my vehicle off with them, and even dropped it off to me! Very transparent every step of the way as well. I'm very impressed with their level of service and will continue bringing my Durango to them as long as they're around!
